Amanda Trask is a solutions-focused healthcare executive and advisor. She is recognized nationally as a transformational leader with deep expertise in clinical optimization, health system performance, leadership integration, and strategic performance. Amanda is the Founder and Managing Partner of Veros Healthcare Consulting, LLC, a boutique healthcare strategic consulting firm that provides targeted, high-impact expertise to accelerate clinical, operational and strategic success. Previously, Amanda served on the senior leadership team for one of the largest nonprofit U.S. health systems, CommonSpirit Health. Her career also includes other health system leadership roles, such as chief operating officer/vice president of operations and multi-specialty physician practice leadership at WellStar Health System. She is known for fostering collaborative models that align clinical and business priorities to deliver optimized outcomes and has also been recognized as one of the healthcare industry’s top leaders. Amanda brings partnership and insight added value to the boardroom.
Amanda has served on several nonprofit boards, philanthropic foundations, local community boards, and school parent-teacher associations. Additional committee work includes the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM), Georgia State University, and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Outside of her professional roles, Amanda cherishes time with her family and four children. She enjoys time outdoors, from skiing in the mountains to relaxing at the beach.
