The Washington Wound Care Policy Conference is a one day forum addressing the evolving state of Medicare and private payer coverage for wound care products and services, with a comprehensive look at policy issues related to clinical evidence. The conference provides an opportunity for attendees to hear from a diverse range of payers, legislators, regulators and health care policy makers – from CMS, CMMI, PCORI, FDA, ARHQ and other government agencies – who will share perspectives on wound care evidence, how it is evaluated and considered in coverage decisions, and how clinical evidence needs may shift in the future. Convened by the Alliance of Wound Care Stakeholders, the Washington Wound Care Policy Conference will feature a mix of keynote talks, panel discussions, interactive Q&A sessions, networking opportunities and an action oriented wrap-up session to identify next steps and collaboration opportunities.
